A standard bedroom, living room, dining room or family room counts as one room. Very large or combined spaces may count as two — we confirm everything with an exact quote before we start, so there are never surprises.

Yes, there is a $189 minimum service call. Most visits combine a couple of rooms, or a room plus a hallway or stairs, which comfortably covers it.

The packages bundle the extras most homes end up wanting anyway — the hallway, the stairs, the deodorizer, the carpet protector — and they cost less than adding those on one at a time. Whole Home is 3 rooms with the hallway and deodorizer included, $299. Large Home is 5 rooms plus a hallway, one staircase and deodorizer, $449. Whole Home + Protect is the same as Large Home with carpet protector applied throughout, $549. None of it is required: you can also just book by the room at $75 a room and add only the extras you actually want, and the $189 minimum service call still applies.

Yes. A staircase is $75 and is priced separately from rooms, because a flight of stairs takes about as long as a full room to do properly. It shows up as its own line in the instant estimate and is confirmed in your quote before I start.

With hot-water extraction, carpets are usually dry in 4 to 6 hours with decent airflow, and faster if you run ceiling fans or crack a window. I leave fans running where I can, and you can walk on the carpet in clean socks straight away.

Please pick up small items, breakables and anything on the floor. We work around large furniture like beds and dressers, and can shift lighter pieces as we clean.

Yes. We use cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets once dry, so your family can get back to normal quickly.

Yes. We use enzyme-based treatments that break down pet urine at the source to remove both the stain and the odor, not just mask it.

Some marks are permanent damage rather than dirt — bleach spots, dye transfer, or pet damage that has soaked through into the padding. I will tell you that up front, before I start, rather than charging you and hoping. For everything else the 14-Day Spot Guarantee applies.

If a spot comes back within 14 days of your cleaning, I come back and re-treat it free. Just text me a photo. Deep stains sometimes wick back up from the padding as the carpet dries — that is normal, it is fixable, and it is on me, not on you.

Yes — move-out carpet cleaning is one of our most requested services. We provide a receipt you can hand to your landlord or property manager for your deposit.
